If your gateway comes with a whip antenna, screw it on as shown in the illustration below. Do not over-tighten!

If your gateway already came with the antenna screwed on, skip, and adjust the angle of the antenna as below.

For the best reception, make sure the antenna faces the center of the room, and not directly into a wall/concrete. Avoid placing it in a way in which it presents an obstacle to users.

If your gateway includes an external diversity antenna, it needs to be screwed on next to the battery compartment on the bottom of the gateway.


Screw it on as shown in the illustrations below. Do not over-tighten!
